About Kirly-Sue
Kirly-Sue (Susanne Kirlew) trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and is a vegan social media influencer, food writer, radio and TV presenter, and published author. She shares inspiring content about vegan food and lifestyle and was named among the Top 100 in the Lift Effects Star Awards. With over 50,000 followers across her social media platforms, she is a trusted voice in the plant-based community.
Her expertise has led to collaborations with companies in the UK and USA, keynote speaking engagements in the USA, Singapore, Dubai, and Norway, and four seasons as presenter of a vegan cooking show on 3ABN TV (USA). She also created and produced Kirly-Sue’s Plantbased Show, a 10-part series distributed to over 100 TV channels worldwide. Currently, her shows include Kirly-Sue’s Global Kitchen on Amazon Prime and Eat Good, a 12-part series on Hope TV South East Asia.

My Cooking Experience
Kirly-Sue is an experienced vegan chef with a strong background in professional kitchen operations, recipe development, and plant-based cuisine. She has worked as a Temporary Section Chef at the Michelin-starred Pied à Terre Restaurant, where she supported the Executive Sous Chef and Head Chef with food preparation, baking, stock management, supplier coordination, and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene. Her professional training includes a Vegan Cooking Diploma from the Rouxbe School of Cookery and the Forks Over Knives Ultimate Cooking Course, equipping her with advanced knowledge of modern plant-based culinary techniques.
In addition to her restaurant experience, Susanne has established herself as a respected vegan cooking educator, award-winning cookbook author, and content creator. She has delivered live cooking demonstrations and classes at major events including Vegfest London, Bristol, and Edinburgh, The Allergy Show, and The VShow, as well as for community organisations and television programmes. Kirly-Sue is a detail-oriented producer with good experience, including credits on an award-winning TV Series entitled Kirly-Sue’s Plant-based Show. She was born and raised in London; England and attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School and studied Media & Cultural Studies at Middlesex University. In addition, she has a Producers Certificate from Raindance Film School. Kirly-Sue produces work that spans TV series, short films. I am a member of British Actors Equity and also WIFTV (Women in film & TV). In addition to producing for film and TV, I have spoken widely, and I am also a published author.
