Tender Coconut And Cauliflower Rice With Chili

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cauliflower, riced
  • 2/3 cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha paste
  • ¼- ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt as needed
  • Fresh basil for garnish
How To
1. Take a pan and place it over medium low heat
2. Add all of the ingredients and stir them until fully combined
3. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, making sure that the lid is on
4. Remove the lid and keep cooking until any excess liquid goes away
5. Once the rice is soft and creamy, enjoy!
