vegan fudge brownies

INGREDIENTS
1 400g can chickpeas
25g cocoa powder

15g plain flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup peanut butte
r
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tbsp baking powder

METHOD
  • Preheat oven to 180c / 350f
  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
  • Transfer to a greased and lined baking tray
  • Bake for 35 mins
  • Allow to cool then cut into squares
  • decorate with vegan chocolate chips and serve
